Youth Ministry Intern
02/01/2026: Christ Global Methodist Church is seeking a Youth Ministry Intern to support our mission of connecting people to God and to one another while gaining hands-on ministry experience and discernment of calling.
This one-year, stipend-based internship is designed for someone who desires to grow spiritually, develop ministry skills, and disciple middle and high school students alongside our Youth Pastor and leadership team.

Position Overview
- Works closely with the Youth Pastor, volunteers, and pastoral staff
- Helps lead weekly youth gatherings, monthly outings, and mission experiences
- Provides relational and spiritual support to students
- Assists with lesson planning, events, communication, and youth social media
- Participates in a personalized ministry growth and development plan
General Requirements
- Active and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
- Supports the beliefs and practices of Christ Church as a Global Methodist Church
- Collaborative, dependable, and relational
- Willing to complete MinistrySafe training and pass a background check
- Must be at least 21 years old (driving responsibilities may apply)
Time & Compensation
- Estimated 6–7 hours per week
- Stipend: $90 per week ($4,680 annually)
- All ministry-related expenses, trips, and approved development costs are covered
